We have used Hughes for the first time and had snake and a mice problem. They corrected the problem and are making sure it doesn’t return by doing follow up visits. I’m pleased at how they handled the problem not to mention the office staff is great.

Expert Attic Cleanup in Montgomery County, Howard County, Northern Virginia & Washington DC in Montgomery County, MD
When wildlife gets into a Montgomery County attic, the animals are only part of the problem. Raccoons, squirrels, and other wildlife leave behind droppings, urine-soaked insulation, and nesting debris. That contamination affects your indoor air quality and can attract new pests if it is not removed. Hughes Termite and Pest is a family owned and operated wildlife rescue service serving Montgomery County and surrounding areas. Our attic cleanup work covers the removal of soiled insulation, waste, and nesting materials. We sanitize the space to clear out odor and harmful residue. Contaminated insulation that has absorbed urine or droppings is pulled out so it cannot keep drawing wildlife or spreading pathogens through your home. Montgomery County homes range from older colonial-style builds in established neighborhoods to newer construction near growing corridors, and attic access and insulation types vary widely across the county. We work with what your attic presents. If you have noticed odor, staining, or signs of past wildlife activity in your attic, call Hughes Termite and Pest to schedule an inspection.
